leaving time

Alright. It is really happening.
You know, you buy your ticket, the date is so far off in the future it doesn't even begin to seem real... until it creeps up on you and suddenly you are in the midst of your going away party, crammed into the kitchen, being handed endless numbers of drinks and wishing you could speak to your friends for the last time without slurring everything.

I'll be arriving in India on the 16th of February after a month and a bit in Switzerland. So far I have reached a number of interested people there, but nothing is quite defined yet. Using the wonders of technology and social networking sites, however, I have managed to insert my website into hundreds of people's email boxes and have roused a lot of interest.
My plan (hopefully) is to arrive, buy a motorcycle immediately, then hold a three or four day workshop with a couple of parties. Soon after I hope to begin regular classes, and additional workshops in other parts of town.

I'll try to keep this blog updated weekly, and I'll certainly spend more time with it when not in the midst of packing and last minute errands.

Thanks to everyone for their unending support of this project. It has been quite a journey even so far (and so briefly)...
